This report summarizes the responses to the first administration of the ECHO survey to a statewide sample of 4,800 adults and caregivers of children who had used mental health services within the previous year. The results are based on the responses of 792 adults and 763 caregivers. The adjusted response rates (incorrect addresses and deaths) were 41% for adults and 51% for caregivers.
