The Child Welfare Prepaid Mental Health Plan (CW-PMHP) was implemented in Florida in February 2007 under the statewide direction of the CBC Partnership, LTD (the Partnership). This is the third evaluation of this plan conducted by the Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute under contract with the Agency for Health Care Administration. This study examined the implementation of the plan and the quality of care provided through the plan in two sites: Miami-Dade/Monroe Counties and Seminole County.
