This study examined the implementation of the Serious Mental Illness (SMI) Specialty Plan in Florida during FY 2014-15. The SMI Specialty Plan, administered by Magellan Complete Care (Magellan), offers integrated health care services for Medicaid beneficiaries who have been diagnosed with psychotic disorder, bipolar disorder, major depression, schizo-affective disorder, delusional disorder, or obsessive-compulsive disorder.
