This project has three overarching goals: (1) to identify factors, strategies, and structures at the state and local levels that facilitate or inhibit effective interagency communication, collaboration, and coordination (CCC) in the delivery of services to at-risk children and their families; (2) to document and disseminate information on existing state and local initiatives designed to enhance interagency CCC in the delivery of services to at-risk children and their families; and (3) to understand the impact of a managed care environment on state and local interagency CCC.
