The Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) has again contracted with the Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute (FMHI) to conduct several studies to examine the relationship and interaction of Florida's Medicaid system and the federal Medicare system. This report presents the questions and methodological approaches that were used in this examination of Florida Medicaid and Medicare data.
