In this report, we summarize the first year's findings from a series of six intergrated studies that comprise the Evaluation of Florida's Prepaid Mental Health Plan (PMHP). These studies involve a variety of data collection and analytical techniques. Typically, the data cover either the first year or eighteen months of program implementation. It is important to realize that, although the demonstration has been in operation for nearly two years, these Evaluation findings are preliminary and reflect the early statge implementation.
