In this component of the study we intensively examined a sample of children and their familes who were enrolled in the Medicaid provider Acccess System / Prepaid Mental Health Plan (MediPass/PMHP) and Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs). Using a case study methodology, we assessed their experiences with these plans as well as the system impact.
