Functional Assessment Rating Scales (FARS and CFARS) Web-based Training and Certification System
About The Workshop
The No Fee Training and Certification System teaches you to use the FARS for evaluating adults and/or the CFARS for evaluating children or adolescents to document and standardize information from clinical evaluations or mental status exams to describe cognitive, social and role functioning. The site includes contact information, free downloadable user manuals which include a copy of the FARS or CFARS forms, SSL security for registration, and interactive training and certification in use of the scales. Continuing Education Credits are not available for this training.
