Biography
Holly Hills is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mental Health Law and Policy. She is a licensed clinical psychologist who received her Ph.D. in Clinical and Health Psychology from the University of Florida. Dr. Hills has conducted research and supervised clinical work focused on individuals with comorbid mental illness and substance use disorders.
Her recent efforts include being awarded funds as a co-investigator by the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) to develop a Practice Improvement Collaborative (PIC) in the Tampa Bay area. Over the past year she has been the co-investigator and lead evaluator on a CMHS funded Community Action Grant project that developed a strategic plan for integrating services for persons with co-occurring disorders in both mental health and substance abuse treatment settings.
