2006 Baker Act Training Series
The Florida Department of Children & Families contracted with the Department of Mental Health Law and Policy to: (1) conduct statewide Baker Act training; (2) update educational materials; and (3) provide Baker Act Technical Assistance to various agencies throughout the state. There were 22 workshops held between January and May 2006.
