Leadership Training

 

Half day training

The goal of leadership training is to help the leaders of organizations recognize their leadership style/s. This training covers in depth the meaning of leadership; and what is involved in leadership. Further, this training explores the theories of leadership which includes trait theory, behavior theory, contingency theory, and transformational theory. Leadership training involves activities throughout as participants explore their organizational climate. An informed leader can manage a more lucrative and productive work environment.
