Court Testimony Preparation & Practice

 

Half day training (3 hours)

Have you ever gone to court without knowing how to prepare thoroughly or feel confident to testify? In this training you will learn how to make detailed preparation in a variety of case specific situations in anticipation of providing court testimony. There will be a focus on how to negotiate with your representing attorney and provide for appropriate attorney preparation before any court testimony occurs. Using review and demonstration we will examine specific issues related to responding on the witness stand. After completing this training you will be able to:

  • Demonstrate the comprehension and skills for how to prepare for court testimony
  • Identify the tactics and strategies attorneys use upon cross examination
  • Demonstrate how to effectively respond under stress on the witness stand
